Legaria ("we", "us", "our") is committed to handling your personal information responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it and what rights you have in relation to it.
This policy applies to information collected through our website at and in the course of delivering our estate inventory, records digitization and asset organization services in Ubon Ratchathani, Thailand.

- Contact form submissions: name, email address, telephone number and any message content you provide.
- Service delivery: when you engage a session-based service, we may record details necessary to prepare and carry out that session (e.g. address, preferred appointment time).
- Website analytics: anonymized data about how visitors interact with our website, collected via cookies if you have consented.
We do not collect sensitive personal data (e.g. financial account details, health records) through our website. Any sensitive family documents handled during a service session are processed in accordance with Section 5 and are not stored by Legaria.
Legal basis for processing: We process your contact information on the basis of your consent (when you submit the contact form) and in pursuit of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and delivering services you have requested.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to enquiries submitted through our contact form
- To schedule and prepare for service sessions you have booked
- To send follow-up communications directly related to a service you have used
- To comply with applicable law or respond to legal requests
- To improve our website based on anonymized usage data
We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Data Retention
We retain contact enquiry data for up to 12 months from the date of submission, after which it is deleted. If a service is booked, scheduling and session-related information is retained for up to 24 months for follow-up and administrative purposes, then deleted.
Anonymized website analytics data may be retained for up to 26 months in aggregate form.
5. Service Session Data
Documents, photographs and inventory records produced during a Legaria service session belong to the client. Legaria does not retain copies of any client documents, scanned files or inventory records after the session concludes. Digital archives produced during digitization services are delivered to the client and no copies are held by Legaria.
Session notes used by our team to prepare and conduct a session may be retained in anonymized form for internal quality purposes for up to 6 months.
6. Cookies
Our website uses cookies to function properly and, with your consent, to collect anonymized analytics data. You can manage your cookie preferences at any time via our Cookie Policy page.
Essential cookies (required for the website to function) are used regardless of consent. Analytics and marketing cookies are only used if you have accepted them.
7. Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold against unauthorized access, disclosure or loss. These measures include restricted access to contact data within our team, and secure storage of any session-related notes.
In the event of a data breach that is likely to affect your rights or freedoms, we will notify you as soon as practicable and take steps to limit any further exposure.

Under Thai personal data protection law (PDPA, B.E. 2562) and applicable international standards, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
- Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Object to or restrict certain types of processing
- Withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect processing already carried out)
- Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) of Thailand
