1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions set out the basis on which Legaria provides its estate inventory, personal records digitization and asset organization services. By enquiring about, booking or using any Legaria service, you agree to these terms.

Legaria operates from 91 Thanon Maliwan, Mueang, Ubon Ratchathani 34000, Thailand. Our services are educational, informational and administrative in nature. Nothing we provide constitutes regulated professional advice of any kind.

2. Nature of Our Services

Legaria provides general education, information, organizational tools and practical administrative support relating to personal estate inventory and records organization. Our three current service offerings are:

• Estate Inventory Workshop (฿3,500): A guided session covering how to list, photograph and organize personal belongings into a clear inventory. Educational and organizational; no direction is given on how individual items should be handled, transferred or disposed of.
• Personal Records Digitization (฿7,700): A practical administrative service involving the scanning and organized archiving of family papers into a simple, searchable digital format.
• Asset Inventory Templates (฿12,250): A set of ready-to-use checklists and spreadsheets for recording belongings and key contacts, provided as tools for private personal organization.

Our services do not include, and should not be taken as, legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, regulated estate planning, probate services, valuation services or any form of regulated professional counsel. Legaria is not a law firm, financial institution or regulated adviser of any kind.

We encourage all clients to seek qualified professional advice from appropriately registered practitioners for any matters requiring it.

3. Enquiries and Bookings

Submitting an enquiry through our website or contacting us by phone or email does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when both parties have agreed a date, time and service in writing (including by email).

Legaria reserves the right to decline any enquiry or booking at its discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.

4. Fees and Payment

All fees are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Fees are as displayed on our website and in any written confirmation we provide to you.

Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking. We may request a deposit ahead of a session. Fees are subject to change; any change will be communicated before it takes effect and will not apply to bookings already confirmed at the previous rate.

We accept payment methods as communicated at the time of booking. Legaria does not store payment card details.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances change. We ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed session.

• More than 48 hours' notice: Sessions may be rescheduled at no charge. Deposits will be carried forward.
• Less than 48 hours' notice: Deposits may be retained to cover preparation costs. Rescheduling remains possible at our discretion.
• Non-attendance without notice: The full session fee may be retained.

Legaria may cancel or reschedule a session if unforeseen circumstances arise. In such cases, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund of any amount paid for that session.

6. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that:

• You have the right and authority to engage our services in relation to the belongings and documents involved.
• Any documents, items or information you share with us during a session are provided with the knowledge and consent of any other relevant parties where required by law.
• You use any templates, checklists or organizational materials we provide for lawful personal purposes only.

Legaria relies on information you provide being accurate and complete. We are not responsible for errors or gaps in output resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you.

7. Intellectual Property

All templates, checklists, worksheets, reference materials and other content created or provided by Legaria are the intellectual property of Legaria, unless otherwise stated. They are provided for your personal, private use.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell or adapt Legaria materials for commercial use without our written permission. Inventory records, photographs and archives produced about your own belongings during a session are yours and remain your property.

8. Disclaimers

Our services are provided as educational, informational and administrative support. Legaria makes no representations about outcomes, the completeness of any inventory or archive, or the suitability of our materials for any particular purpose.

Nothing in our services, materials or communications constitutes advice on estate planning, probate, inheritance, taxation, insurance, investment, or any other regulated matter. You should not rely on anything provided by Legaria as a substitute for qualified professional advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Legaria's liability to you in connection with any service is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service.

9. Privacy and Data

How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood that policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated by updating the date shown at the top of this page.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
