REF-002 · Our Story

Where Legaria Comes From

Legaria was established in Ubon Ratchathani in 2019 after our founder, Nattaporn Wichairat, spent several years watching families in the region face unnecessary difficulty following the loss of a loved one — not because of conflict, but because records were scattered, belongings were undocumented and no one knew where to begin.

The experience of helping her own family sort through decades of papers and possessions made the need for a calm, practical service very clear. There was no shortage of legal professionals, but very little support for the organizational work that comes before any legal process is relevant.

Legaria filled that space. We started with a single workshop format and a handful of families from the local community. Word spread steadily, and today we offer three distinct services — each designed around the principle that getting organized is something every family can do, with the right structure and a little patient guidance.

We are not solicitors, financial planners or advisers of any regulated kind. We are organizers. Our work is careful, private and focused entirely on helping you build a clear, maintained record of your belongings, your documents and your key contacts — in a form that makes sense to the people you trust most.

Our Mission

To make personal and estate record-keeping straightforward and accessible for every family — regardless of the size of their estate or the complexity of their situation.

Our Approach

We work at your pace, in plain language, without assumption. We ask questions, we listen, and we help you build something you can maintain yourself going forward.

Our Values

Patience, privacy and clarity. We do not rush, we do not share your information, and we keep every step as straightforward as possible.

How We Work

Strict Confidentiality

All client information, documents and inventory records are treated with complete discretion. We do not share, store or copy your materials beyond the scope of the service agreed.

Clear Service Scope

Every session begins with a written outline of what is included. There are no unexpected additions. You know what to expect before we start, and that scope does not change during the session.

Consistent Methodology

We use the same cataloguing structure and naming conventions across all services. This means your records are legible to anyone you choose to share them with, now or in the future.

No Regulated Advice

Legaria provides administrative and educational support only. We do not give legal, financial, estate planning or tax-related advice. We refer clients to the appropriate professionals when those needs arise.

Documents Stay With You

Original documents are returned to the client at the end of every session. Digital copies are handed over on client-supplied media. We keep nothing.

Plain-Language Communication

We explain every step of our process in straightforward terms. No jargon, no assumptions. If something is unclear, we stop and clarify before moving on.

REF-005 · About Our Work

Estate Organization for Families in Ubon Ratchathani

Families in Thailand — as elsewhere — often reach a point where they recognize that their personal records and household belongings are not as organized as they would like. This is not unusual. Life is busy, and the task of methodically recording what one owns, where key documents are stored, and who the relevant contacts are tends to be deferred indefinitely.

Legaria exists to make that process manageable. Our workshops and services draw on established administrative practices to give families in Ubon Ratchathani a structured way to address their estate information at their own pace. We bring experience in document organization, inventory methodology and digital archiving — and we apply those skills in a context that is calm, private and respectful of each family's individual circumstances.

Working in the Isan region of northeast Thailand, we understand that families here carry a wide variety of assets, from land holdings to household heirlooms to digital accounts. Our templates and workshop materials are designed with this diversity in mind. They accommodate different categories of property, different filing needs and different levels of prior organization.

What we offer is not a quick fix. Organizing a household's records properly takes time and attention. What Legaria provides is the structure, the tools and the guidance to make that time well spent — so that when it matters, your family has what it needs, in a format they can actually use.
