Siriporn Phimthong

Ubon Ratchathani · June 2025

"We booked the inventory workshop after my mother's health declined. I had no idea how to start — there were so many things in the house accumulated over decades. Nattaporn and her colleague were patient and methodical. We got through two floors in one afternoon, and I left with a document I could actually use. Nothing was rushed."

Wanchai Chaiyamat

Warin Chamrap · May 2025

"I used the digitization service for my parents' land documents and old insurance certificates. The scanning quality was very good, and I liked that everything was named clearly in the folders — not just numbered files. The originals were handed back at the end of the same day. Good value for the level of care taken."

"I bought the template pack mainly out of curiosity, but I found it genuinely well thought through. The key contacts sheet in particular was something I had not considered before — advisers, bank branches, account references. I have shared a copy with my brother who lives in Bangkok so he is not starting from zero if something happens."

"My wife and I came to Legaria after my father passed. There was no dispute about anything — we just genuinely did not know what papers existed or where they were kept. The inventory session helped us see everything clearly. It took some emotional energy to go through, but the team handled the day with a lot of sensitivity."

Rungnapa Phetprasert

Ubon Ratchathani · June 2025

"I was a bit hesitant at first because I was not sure what the service was and was not. The explanation before the session was clear — administrative only, no legal advice. That actually made me more comfortable with sharing documents. The digitization output was clean and the folder naming made sense to someone who is not particularly technical."

"I bought the templates to prepare for an inventory workshop later on. They are straightforward to use and the completion guide explains each section well. If you are the kind of person who prefers to work through things at your own pace rather than in a session with someone else present, the template pack is a solid starting point."

A Household Inventory After a Long-Overdue Conversation

The Situation

A family of three adult children contacted Legaria after their parents agreed, for the first time, to discuss what they owned and where documents were kept. The parents were in good health but wanted to make the information available to the family without it feeling like a formal or legal event.

What We Did

We conducted a two-session inventory workshop — one for the main house, one for a storage room. The parents led the process and decided what was included at each stage. The result was a clear, categorized inventory shared with all three children, plus a digitized set of the most important household documents.

The Outcome

Two sessions across three weeks. A completed 47-item inventory, 84 pages of digitized documents and a key contacts sheet. The family reported that the process prompted other useful conversations they had not had before.

"We thought it would feel strange but it was actually quite calm. Having someone else guide the session meant we could all just focus on the task rather than on each other's reactions." — Siriporn P., eldest daughter

Digitizing Forty Years of Family Papers

The Situation

A single client approaching retirement had accumulated land documents, insurance certificates, bank statements and personal correspondence across four decades. The papers were in reasonable condition but scattered across multiple folders with no consistent labelling.

What We Did

We scanned 213 pages across one full-day session, applying category-based file naming and a logical chronological structure within each category. The client chose to receive the archive on a USB drive which was handed over at the session end.

The Outcome

One session, 213 pages organized into 8 folders. The client located a land title document they had been looking for during the session itself. All originals returned intact. Follow-up question answered by email three weeks later.

"I had been putting this off for years. It turned out to take one day and the result was much more usable than I expected. I found a document during the scanning I had assumed was lost." — Wanchai C.
